By using Sendwise you agree to provide accurate identity information, complete KYC verification before sending funds, and supply proof of payment for every transaction. We reserve the right to delay or decline a transfer pending compliance review.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Compliance

All customers must complete KYC verification (CNIC/Passport + Address Proof). Beneficiary relationships may require additional proof of legitimacy documentation. A maximum of 4 transfers per beneficiary per calendar month is enforced to limit structuring risk.

Refund Policy

Transfers that are cancelled before processing begins are eligible for a full refund of the transfer amount, minus any fee already incurred. Contact support to request a cancellation.

Displayed exchange rates, including promotional rates, are indicative only and subject to change without notice until your transfer is confirmed.
